All by Grace!!!!
20/20 for May 30th..
Scripture: Ephesians 3: 7-8
I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God’s grace given me through the working of his power. Although I am less than the least of all God’s people, this grace was given to me: to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ.
Observation:
Paul knew His calling and the reason why he was called. Far beyond that, he knew it was not by his doing but by Grace and the power of God. He knew that all he had and had become was not through his own works, but by the grace of God. All we have been given today has been given to us by God and given to us for a specific purpose. And beyond that, we must know that all we have, we have received not by anything else but by the grace of God and His power.
Application:
I want to apply this to my life by remaining humble and true to God, by knowing and being thankful for who i am and all that i have. Knowing that God has giving me all this for a purpose. And it is true His grace that i can be who i am and do all things.
Prayer:
Lord i thank you for the gift and blessings you have poured into me, Help me Lord to use all i have for your Kingdom and remain faithful, humble and thankful to you always.
I love how humble and true Paul was, he was a powerful man of God but did not grow conceited because He knew that all he was and had, the gift, the anointing, the knowledge was all from God. it easy for us to grow conceited and proud due to what God has given us like we did not receive them. Pride is a very dangerous thing, it creeps up on us and we forget we were come from. All we have is from God only through His grace….
